Overall

Poor Dr. Chang. Working at this clinic is his first job after his residency & fellowship, and apparently he tries to conceal his new doctor insecurity / lack of knowledge / first job jitters by talking AT his patients nonstop. I usually see Dr. Kim for migraine pain (who is knowledgeable and respectful), but today I met with Dr. Chang, and was treated to what was essentially a Wikipedia-level description of migraines and their triggers. Dr. Chang is not a neurologist and has no special training in migraine, insofar as I can tell. I tried to politely interrupt his condescending time-suck, but he persisted. He had no interest in me (the patient) whatsoever. Hopefully he gets his feet underneath him soon and learns to listen. Doing this to every patient has got to be exhausting.

Dr. Kim was never in the office they have a new Dr. Chang who was new was doing the treatments. Dr. Chang was doing the best he could he does not like you to speak or ask question's. However the policy of waiting two weeks before I was accepted and then two more weeks for a face to face appointment and then two more weeks before my injection, was unbelievable. Then my records were lost and I was billed for cost that were not authorized by my insurance which took a month to resolve. This office is nice but Dr. Chang is very rude to me and my wife and we could hear him yelling at other Patients while waiting to be talked down to.

I Was Seen At The Lakewood Office Dec. 2016 ,,,, By Paul Bradley ,,,, He Made Me Feel Like A CRIMINAL Seeking Drugs And Offered "NO" Help For My Medical Problems ,,,, He Was Rude And Unprofessional ,,, He Showed "NO" Compassion, For My Chronic Around The Clock Pain ,,,,, I Offered To Pay Out Of Pocket ,, The Day Of The Exam And Two (2) Months Later I Got A Bill In The Mail ,, I Have 3 Different Insurances And Of Course They Only Accepted Medicare And They Refuse To Release Chart Notes To Me ,,, Some How ,, I Think They Forgot That They Work For Me ,,,, I Only Gave Them A One (1) Star Rating And That Was Because A Lower Rating Is Not Possible ~~~

I would say dont go there. I ...

I would say dont go there. I was a pacient of this clinic for 3 years. When I lost my job, I started oweing them alot of money. I did what I could. I finally got medical through the state so that I could fill my last prescription (that the doctor gave me). This prescription reuired a doctors signature. Since I owed them money, the doctor would not sign it. So, now I cant afford to by my meds. You would think that a doctor would stand behind his prescriptions that he gives pacients.
