Lousy service from this company. Do not patronize if you can avoid this company. Their poor customer service personnel try but they cannot fix the systemic problems of poor service. I suggest a major management change ... or at least the managers should work the trucks regularly.

Why Why ? I was just sure you would have a schedule on for us so we would not have to call and be a bother.Monday was a holiday and recycle day,so was it a holiday for the drivers also? I may be all messed up as to pick-up days since I don't see other can's out there.Is there anyway to have a schedule mailed to me. Thanks Bob Johnson
