I saw a Dodge caliber on their website and because I've been to well over 50 car lots on 2 weeks I had forgotten I looked at it at a different Vista location so when I asked the first employee I saw about it he said he would get someone else so a guy comes out and says " I thought I told you we don't do in house financing " in a very demeaning manner as if I was one of his bastard children. I was totally humiliated and to make it worse he kept watching me from a distance like he wanted me to be gone in a hurry, what a prick! This is even after I said I have a possible cosigner. Never go here, very rude staffRead more at https://www.cars.com/dealers/197630/vista-auto-sales/reviews/#AQF8SZqV4pD8Qb2s.99
Very shady place ! Do not buy a car from them .
bad place to buy a vehicle. bad bad place. do not buy from them.
Words can't even describe the crap these people have put me through. The lies, the stories, the lack of care. It was by far the most awful 7 weeks of car ownership. That all ended today, as I gave up and traded my Lakewood FORD in for a used Ford from another dealer. They knew they sold me a car with engine issues, yet they did everything to hide it. When I uncovered it and confronted them, they offered to "repair" my car.. Upon getting a solid diagnosis from my mechanic, I took the car back to them and they quickly confirmed his diagnosis. But with out any input from me, I was offered first a new engine, then a rebuilt engine and then a used 60K engine.... I reluctantly agreed to the last and wish I never had... They wound up putting in a 165K USED engine and they did an awful job at that. The loner they stuck me with was a pile too.. It had some kinda smart key on so you couldn't use the stereo much and it was always beeping....There customer care through all of this was terrible and no one seemed interesting in helps us get through it other than throwing the loaner at meIn the end, all i wanted was a clean, commuter and insted I . got a massive headacheNow some other poor sap will inheart that hunk of junkYou have been warned
I have not had any experience with their sales dept, but their service dept is top notch. I bought my first diesel in CA just before I moved to WA, and the first time I walked into this service dept, my fist contact was with the manager, Jim Garner. I kid you not, he spent about 45 minutes with me, he looked up my VIN in the computer and educated me on what my truck had in it, what work had been done to it and what things I needed to know as a first time diesel owner. It was clear to me that Jim was passionate about cars and trucks and the internal workings of these vehicles and how to take care of my investment and not just to sell me services that I didn't need. For as long as I live in this area, this is where I'll bring my F250.
