Reed's Heating & Cooling

Fast service but never fixed the issue when onsite. Charged a ridiculous amount for 1 hour of labor and Freon, almost $600.00 Turned out after figuring it on my own that the issue was the thermostat. Owner still demanded the full amount. Would never ever recommend Reeds services.

Loved working with Reed's. Frank, the owner, came out and gave us an estimate for a new Heating and Cooling system (Central A/C and furnace). Frank was very friendly, down to earth and was quick to listen and answer any questions we had. He gave us a very reasonable estimate and we had the installation done yesterday. All three men on the team were great... very friendly and courteous, very professional and did an amazing job. When they left, you would have never know they'd even been there (left our place immaculate). Frank, the owner, stopped by to see how things were going, and I was very impressed with that. Would highly recommend!!!

We were so impressed with the service that Reed's provided when they came out to our home (right on time). Not only were they able to fix the problems we were having, they were very friendly. They willingly took the time to answer all of our many questions. I also found their prices very reasonable. Although, we hope we don't have any more issues arise, if we do, it's nice to know that we have a reliable company to call. We would highly recommend them.

12/24/10, around 10 pm at night I noticed that my Furnace was not lighting. I have a 2 yr old little boy and my wife and myself here in the house. It's Christmas Eve and we have no heat. I called about 4 other random Heating and Pluming places in my area (Howell,NJ) and they either said, "We don't have the part, or Can't help you until Monday". But Reed's called me back as I was leaving a message on their answering machine. Mind you this was 10 pm at night on X-mas Eve on a Friday.

So they called me back right away and told me they would be right over and they would get some heat in my house so we wouldn't have to spend the weekend freezing. They arrived very quickly and Frank was very polite and professional. He told me what was wrong, showed me the broken part and gave me some recommendations for the future. He also removed the 50$ labor fee because it was X-mas Eve. That right there is pure win.

You won't see me calling any other company to fix my heating or pluming problems in my house unless it's Reed's.

I NORMALLY DONT WRITE REVIEWS BUT I FELT I HAD TO. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY AIR CONDITIONER, IT WAS NOT WORKING RIGHT. I CALLED REEDS, THE OWNER ASKED ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND OVER THE PHONE "YES OVER THE PHONE" HE TOLD ME WHAT TO DO. I DID WHAT HE TOLD ME AND IT WORKED. I HAD THEM COME THE NEXT DAY TO CHECK OUT MY UNIT. HOW MANY PEOPLE THESE DAYS WOULD TELL YOU "OVER THE PHONE" HOW TO FIX SOMETHING WITHOUT CHARGING YOU. TO ME THAT MEANS ALOT. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY GRATEFUL FOR HIS HONESTY. MY CALL WAS RETURNED RIGHT AWAY. THE SERVICE GUY THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY COURTEOUS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND REEDS HEATING AND COOLING. WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM WHEN NEEDED.

Working first with Frank and then with Lisa was a great experience. They handled everything from the planning to getting the town permits. When they were finished you would never know any one worked in the house. You very rarely find a contractor that cleans up after the work is done the way they did. I would highly reccomend Reed's to anyone that is in need of work done.

Reed's is reliable and honest and that's hard to come by these days. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Dealing with Lisa and Reed's has been an awesome experience! Their first and last priority is the CUSTOMER, period!!!! They are the best!!!

The Reed's Heating & Cooling guys are excellent, courteous, hard-working & fair. All of my neighbors and nearby family use their services and are very happy. Even my dad, who is very hard to please, thinks they are great.

You can't find anyone better! I've used them for years and have always been satisfied with the cost and service. They are highly recommended.

These guys are the real deal. Very professional. Ontime and charge me the quote the gave me in the first place. They were clean cut and didnt make a mess while working. I use them for all my Heating and Air needs at my home and business.
