my experience was comfortable,professional, and above all GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a car last week at Pine Belt Chevrolet of Lakewood, and I'm so pleased with the service that I received there. Everyone was friendly, I was assisted as soon as I arrived, and the entire process from start to finish took less time than I anticipated. Bob Penny is an outstanding sales representative, and he made what I thought was going to be a stressful day a very easygoing, comfortable experience. I really can't say enough good things about him- he's very kind, easy to talk to, informative, he listened to my specific needs regarding what I was looking for in a car, and helped me choose one that's perfect for me. Often I find that salesmen are pushy, aggressive, and generally unpleasant to deal with, but Bob was the complete opposite of that, which I find to be a remarkable quality, and it made me happy to do business with him, and consequentially, with Pine Belt. Bob also followed up with me a few days later and checked in to see how things were going. I'm really enjoying my new Ford Fusion and certainly have Bob to thank very much for it. I appreciate the high level of service provided by your dealership and staff, and I will definitely be recommending Pine Belt to my friends and family.

The visit could not have been more enjoyable in that I found the car that I love, thanks to the assistance of the salesman Frank T. who went out of his way to find me the car with everything in it that I was looking for. My husband has purchased numerous vehicles from Pine Belt but this is my first purchase and I would recommend it to my friends, and definitely would be back.
