I booked an appointment online and was pleased to get a call back 15 minutes later. I dropped the car off at 7:45 a.m. shortly after. Rick at the front desk is a friendly guy. I advised him there was a hole in the muffler and asked if it was standard to replace the muffler and the tailpipe. He said they would look it over and give me a call after determining what was needed. At 2:30 p.m. I still had no call, so called Rick, who said they'd had trouble with another vehicle and had not yet looked at mine. He apologized and said he'd get back to me. So then I checked the Yelp ratings and saw the low overall average. I figured it was ok, and he'd call back soon though. 90 minutes later I called again and Rick advised his guy had the car on the lift and said, "hold on, I'll go get the word from him." Then he said, "Give me two minutes and I'll call you right back." At this point, I was done and headed over to retrieve the car. It was just getting parked and Rick was headed into the shop and was picking up the phone to call me when I walked in. He said I had a hole in the muffler and tried to sell me an upgraded muffler. I had told him 8 hours earlier I had a hole in the muffler. I got the key and a verbal estimate, and left with the still unrepaired vehicle. I stopped at Sundance Automotive on the drive home, told them what I needed, and have an appointment for a new muffler at 8 a.m. on their next business day.
Went to them needing a vehicle inspection check before I purchased a Lexus RX 350. They fit me in at last moment notice, even knowing they would have to stay past closing to get it done for me. I really appreciated that they understood If I didn't get this inspected right away, this vehicle would have sold to someone else by the next morning. When a highly desirable & popular vehicle, with very low miles for the year, is for sale, they sell extremely fast & I couldn't come back the next day. They assured me that they would check it all over as if they were going buy the car for themselves. Even though it was past closing, they still took their time & were very detailed with their inspection & took it for a test drive first. They showed me under the car when on the lift & explained the areas they were checking & the outcomes they saw. They also answered all my questions with a great attitude & I had a lot of questions. The cost was very reasonable & actually much lower than other companies who don't even take the cars on test drives. I end up buying the vehicle. Their low ratings were from many years ago, so I would give them another chance & see for yourself. I saw how they cared about the job they were doing.

I called them on a monday night asking for a quote on a new clutch. He gave me the lowest price out of over 20 other auto shops in the denver metro. I dropped my car off that night and he called me at 5 the next day saying it was done. A new clutch is a bigger job and most other places would have held my car for 2-3 days but these guys got it done quick. He also found that my transmission motor mount was bad and replaced that with no labor charge. One of the few good experiences i have had with auto shops in denver i highly recommend talking to these guys before going ealsewhere.
Have always had a great experience when I bring my vehicles to Green Mtn. They are easy to deal with, Let me know what's going on with the issues I'm having, and more times than not, have options for me, and let me know what I can expect with the available options. On weds Dec 23 around 11am, I got a full service oil change (took about 5 mins). Almost immediately they said my antifreeze fluid was contaminated. I wanted to see but as i approached one tech added fluid...could no longer see the foaming. They speculated someone added washer fluid by mistake. I declined on the flush. The charge was $ 40.11. I returned 1 hr later to complain when I realized the other things they missed. The manager pulled fluid out in a baster and showed me that the antifreeze was blue when it should have been green (washer fluid is blue). 2 days later at Honda I learned that Honda uses a long life antifreeze that is blue. Because it was now contaminated with green Honda recommended a flush ($ 180.00) which i did. The manager refused my request for a refund.Also they did not fill the washer fluid, clean the windows or vacum. And they did insist i needed a new fuel filter even though Honda said it was fine.

RICK IS THE ONE WHO I DEALT WITH HE TOLD ME MY HEADER WAS WARPED HE ALSO TOLD ME HE PUT IN A STEEL GASKET WHICH I FOUND OUT TODAY WHEN I TOOK MY TRUCK TO ANOTHER EXAUST PLACE AND ACTUALLY TOLD ME MY HEADER WAS CRACKED HE WELDED IT FOR ME AND REPLACED THE GASKET AND THE GASKET THAT RICK HAD INSTALLED WAS NOT STEEL. DO NOT GO HERE BUNCH OF CROOKS AND THIEVES
