I was referred to The Werkes Motorcycle Shop several years ago by a friend. Now I even stop by on occasion just to say hello. Jeff and Donna are great!!! Jeff will educate you on your bike if needed and they treat you like a friend and not a number. They offer great service at the best prices around. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Jeff along with Dino know their stuff and they will get the job done right. They will be 100% strait with what repairs need to be done and don't over charge or mark things up. They all treat their customers like family, and do everything in their power to make sure everyone's experience with them is awesome!! I can't say anything negative about The Werkes and its staff. If you need anything done to your motorcycle ( no matter the type ) this is the place to take it to.

DONT GO HERE! I read the great reviews on yelp and Google and thought this place would be the best place to take my 1980 Suzuki gs1000. My bike spent over a month in their shop while they had to order parts multiple times. The first time I called two days after they said they would be starting on my bike, and they hadn't even started yet. I called two days after then next date they gave me, and they still hadn't started. They also didn't tell me they charge an extra $20 an hour for older motorcycles. They finally got started, and immediately called to say they needed to order kits for a full carb rebuild. They stated it would take 4 days to get the parts. They were also supposed to work on my brakes. The next day they called and said they needed parts for the brakes. OK fine. Then after all the parts were in the called and said they needed boots for the carbs. You couldn't figure that out when you took the carbs off? There was another week. I order the parts this time because I had found oem parts for $40 less than what they had quoted. The parts were one day later than what UPS had quoted. I get a call one day after they were late stating that my bike would be moved to the back of the list if they hadn't gotten the parts by 5pm. I rushed down their as soon as I got the parts, and they said it would be 3 more work days to put on the boots and get everything running. I was shocked. Why did I rush down there? I called an hour later and spoke with Jeff, the owner, he became very agressive when I asked why it would be so long. He said he had 54 bikes in the shop and only 2 lifts. He also acted like he wasn't making any money on my bike. I shrugged it off as I am not one to complain, and I also said I wouldn't write a review. Then I picked up my bike this tuesday. I rode it a little, and was riding it today. My front brakes locked up! $775 for a carb rebuild and a front caliper rebuild is insane. Especially when the front brakes still don't work. Horrible customer service and an incomplete job on the front brakes. Please take your business elsewhere. You will be much happier.

Great shop!! I've been riding for more than twenty years and never had a mechanic work on my bikes with more knowledge than Jeff. This shop stands behind all there work 100%. My bikes never have run better. I won't trust anyone else with my bike including the dealerships. Thanks Jeff & Donna for all your great work.

It is simple. There is no one else I would trust to work on my bike. The level of knowledge Jeff holds is unequal to anyone I have ever met. He knows his stuff! I met Jeff and Donna a couple years ago. I was hooked after one trip to their shop. I trust them both completely... My bike runs better than ever and it feels great to know that I have found a place where I am as important as my bike. They care about me so they care about my machine! To say I am a fan doesn't even cover it... These guys ROCK!

Great job to both of you!

Low Customer service and knowledge Of Staff

This new & up'n coming Business would not even be getting a star if it wasnt required. I was VERY dissatisfied with my overall experience. I left with an empty wallet and nothing to show for it but the receipt.

They may have a lower hourly rate than some repair shops but due to the lack of knowledge and inexperience, simple tasks take 5 times as long and cost over 3 times as much in the long run. I never received a phone call or status update. There is no upfront pricing & you are left at a loss to how much work will cost. If a bigger ticket item comes in expect that your repair will be put to the back burner and add 10 days to what was originally promised
