These Guys are detail oriented for sure. I have been to others such as Genie and The Finish Line and the difference is amazing. If you are a high end sort of person, this is your place, and the prices are comparable. Ask for Tony, his people skills are amazing!

I don't know about all these bad reviews... I've never had a problem with Go Wash II. I always get exactly what I pay for. The only issue I see is that sometimes they bite off more than they can chew and you may end up waiting to get the car hand dried which results in some water spots.
NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!! THEIR POOR SERVICES ALMOST TOOK MY LIFE!!!! I went in there for a oil change and asked the guy to add a screw on this flap next to the tire because when I turn the wheel it was making a sound. WHICH the guy wrote down on the paper to add a missing screw. To add the screw you have to take the tire off NO WORK WAS DONE ON THE TIRE well 2 weeks later after I left I was driving 75 mph 2 of my lug nets fall off! causing me to start drifting and almost bottom out. now one of them is damaged. because the WORKERS did not double check the lug nets were on tightly. Well when I call and speak to the manager aaron he was very rude and not helpful claiming they do not do work on tires. well I didn't get any work done on my tires in the first place! A screw was replace on a flap next to the tire!! which apparently the manager said they didn't even add the screw cause they don't do that work there. I will be contacting corporate and my attorney since after I left this place my life was almost taken. the mechanics working at this location are more interested in trying to get you to pay for other "Services" your car needs versus taking the time on performing quality safe work.
As the others said, screw ups, without apologies. Took 45 minutes even though they weren't even remotely busy, and they didn't actually clean my vehicle, even after I pointed out that they hadn't, and they supposedly went back over it. They didn't. This, after they tried to say it all depended on what package I bought...sorry, but vacuuming interior is vacuuming interior, just as wiping down the interior is wiping down the interior, regardless of the package. They left dried spilled liquids, dirt, hair... the car was a total mess! Again, not a single apology. This place changed it's name to Arbor. Guess they didn't change owner's or manager's, because they sound no better than they were in 2008. Avoid this place. Unless you like paying to be inconvenienced, argued with, and then lied to. Horrible experience, all around!
I had always been pleased with the service I received. I had a leak under my vehicle after an oil change and decided to check the level in case I was going low and it was quart overfilled. I took it back and they corrected it. No apology but OK. Yesterday I got the oil changed again. I checked the level and it was a quart overfilled again. WOW!!! I took it in today and for the second time I heard that this will never happen again. Again no apology! I spoke with the manager to let him know and he was very apologetic. This time the technician was right.. It will never happen again because they will never see any of my vehicles again. Way to lose a customer and that makes you a loser.
