Don't build he is a sneaky snake!!

We recently built our dream home in Credit River with Pietsch Builders. We interviewed three builders that all specialize in Custom Homes in the South Metro. We felt the most comfortable with Doug off the get go, and the pricing was more than fair, and our allowances were substancially higher than the other two builders we met with. We were also able to view other houses (other than his models) so that we could see a house 3-4 years after it was built. This was great to see as the wood-work and finshes were still as tight and straight as the day it was built (as we are very picky that way). I have always been one of those "over picky and fussy people", so I really did not think building was for me. WAS I EVER WRONG THOUGH!! I absolutely love my house and I could not be happier. Pietsch Builders Inc. remodeled our kitchen in October, 2011. The kitchen was basically unchanged since the house was built in 1983. We removed the soffits and replace the upper and lower cabinets. We also removed built in ceiling fluorescent lights and replaced them with pot lights. The work was not started until the new cabinets had been delivered. Wiring and ventilation duct work was found in the soffits, but Doug & his crew quickly resolved these issues without impacting the schedule. The subcontractors Doug used were fantastic to work with and we could not be happier with the end result. The remodel took less than one month and completely opened up the living space on the first floor of our home.



Doug’s customer service ethic and the quality of products and workmanship was outstanding. We highly recommend Pietsch Builders to anyone considering remodeling.
