Always prompt. Delivery guy is super friendly Every time. I get help paying for my propane and these guys are super cooperative. They treat me like a regular customer.

Well Amanda, I too amunhappy with rural gas from lakeview. I had gave two checks to help myself prepay propane expenses this year. when I called to see how much a 200 gallon fill would be I was told over $600. I said "wow that's expensive, how much is that a gallon?" he said, let me check my numbers....came back with it'll be $4??.00 and it's $2 something a gallon. I called another company, their per gallon price was $1.49/gallon and they said rural was offering new customers $0.89 a gallon fills. Good or bad current customer, they won't have "current" customers much longer if this is their practices.

I am very unhappy with Rural Gas in Lakeview. I was with them for over a year and instead of being rewarded for being a good customer and always paying my bills they decide to to jump my bill from 1.97 to 2.76 and tell me only new customers get that price. Well obviously im going to switch companies because i cant pay that and what else do they do charge me for picking there tank up. I didnt ask them to bring it it was here when i moved in, and its there property. When i switched companies and told them i was closeing my account that was me stating i will no longer pay your out rageous prices. They stated my contract was up so how can they go and decide the can charge me to get there tank. Leave it in my yard as a lawn ornament for all i care. I do not recommend them to anyone and i will never use them again.
