Do not move here if u have kids...they are not aloud to do anything but play board games outside....no chalk on the sidewalk, can't play with any type of ball outside, no running. To break it down if your kid is having fun outside the manager will put a stop to it and threaten to kick you out. The manager is trying to chase out all the families with kids so she can turn it into a 55+ complex
