        Overall
        A big letdown

        It was nowhere near as good as I thought it would be. I had driven by it a few times before actually deciding to try it...I figured since it always smelled fantastic that it would have to be good. I was very wrong. The meat wasn't very tasty or juicy, it was overpriced, and it seemed like I was paying for great BBQ when I was actually getting cafeteria food. It made me sad, I really had high hopes for them. I don't expect them to last very long.

        You said it made you sad. Please don't be sad for us! We are and will be just fine. I am very sorry you had a bad experience with us. Will you let us make it up to you? If you will give us another try I will replace the one you wrote this review about. Just come in and ask for me and show me some ID. According to the date you posted your review you were in when we first opened. Whew!! What a time that was! We had a lot of kinks to iron out as well as a lot to learn. We have come a long way in the past year... we really have. We are still ironing and learning.....im sure we always will be. I hope you take me up on my offer. I would really love to be able to show you how much we have learned in the last year.
