Ponderosa RV Resort

I live there for 6 months out of the year, April thru Oct. My wife and I much look forward to going back to the park every year. The neighbors are great! The management is very understanding with any concerns that may arise and do their best to make the repairs ASAP. They have Bingo, coffee & donuts, white elephant sale, draw poker is dealers choice three times a week at 6:30 pm and twice in the afternoon a Texas holdem game breaks out. Many more fun things to do are posted on the board inside the club house. So much fun!

I am a retired Disabled American Vietnam Veteran and have lived year around at the Ponderosa RV Resort in Lakeside, Arizona for over ten (10) years, and suddenly find myself being a victim of an unlawful EVICTION because I complained about a water situation that should have been fixed by MANAGEMENT years ago. Poisonous waters from run offs are and have been flooding my add on for years, causing dangerous mold and mildew and UNSAFE living conditions, and I would like the general public to know and be informed of this bad unsafe situation, LEGAL ACTION is pending on my behave.....
