        My dentist referred me to Dr. O'Connell for a root canal. After waiting for a month in pain, I finally got to see Dr. O'Connell only to find out that it was a "consultation". I received a second X-ray only to confirm that I did need a root canal, but he couldn't or wouldn't do it for another month. I wasted $90 on the useless X-ray and my time on Dr. O'Connell. I am now looking for an endodontist who will perform the root canal. I felt that Dr. O'Connell was rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional.
