Is there a way to give All Mountain RV 10 stars? 2 ½ weeks ago we pulled into our cousin’s driveway in Pinetop, and when I got out to help my husband back in I smelled a terrible burning smell. To make a VERY long story shorter—Pete (the owner), his wife Sharon, Mitch (the best tech ever) and Larry the parts manager and associate were the best folks I can ever remember dealing with. We were at their mercy, but they treated us as fairly as anyone could ever ask. Sharon drove our axle 175 miles to Phoenix to get it repaired, but it then had to be ordered from Indiana as it was not repairable. Pete kept us informed every step of the way, gave us a discount on a portable waste tank, and when the new axle was installed, arranged for Don who owns a mobile RV repair shop to re-pack our older bearings just to get us on the road sooner since his techs were already booked for the day (a Saturday). Mitch did all the work involving getting our old axle off and the new one on in our cousin’s driveway so we didn’t have to risk driving it on one axle, and enabling us to live in our camper for the 2 ½ weeks we’ve been here. They treated us very fairly, and with compassion for our situation. There aren’t many businesses left like this one—I just wish they were in our home town in Florida.
