Not from the area, didn't know about toll roads, but driver informed me and gave me the option to go toll or not and was upfront that the other would be a little further. Paying by card took a really long time, driver couldn't call directly to someone but had to sit on hold waiting on office to answer to run card.
There when I needed them. Was told 30 minutes and the driver arrived in 20. Driver was very professional. Cab was newer model. The guy that answered the phone was very polite. Would definitely recommend this service
Customer service good, from initial request for cab. I was informed of a long wait and asked if I still wanted cab. They even called me to inform that cab was on its way. Nice, newer model cars and friendly, professional driver. Would recommend.

Horrible service was in need of a cab and the very rude gentlemen on the other line decided to call me unintelligent because I hung up first you should get the whole story and wait for someone to call back my phone died that doesn't mean I hung up on you or deserve to be treated so poorly!
Horrible service. I called in to request a taxi and in the middle of conversation, simple hang up. Call back to the owner, and he said he will report me to police. I just need a taxi and this is unheard of. Stay away from this service as far as you can...

After wonderful service and properly being charged the last time I used this cab service, I was disturbed with the serviced received this morning. I am careful to measure the miles with the GPS on my phone to be sure that I am being charged correctly. I am aware that there is a waiting fee and sit in fee on top of the of the fee per 1/8 mile so I've come to expect a certain amount. However, When I got into the cab this morning The driver to say the least was unwelcoming. As we began, I noticed that I was being charged too frequently, and I brought it up with the driver. The driver simply stated the fees and continue to drive. I explained the last time I had used this service and how the meters are not counting the same. He rudely insisted that the meter was correct and continued to drive. If I hadn't continue to protest, He would have never tested the meter to the miles. When he did, He did in fact, verified that I was being charged more. At this time he said he would then stop the meter, but we were almost to our destination anyways defeating the purpose. I ask to speak with a supervisor and the driver refused at first. Then I told him I would not pay until I spoke with a supervisor. There wasn't any supervisor there at the time an I spoke to a woman who did not introduce themselves. She show no compassion and persisted to threat to call the police before properly trying to diffuse the issue. Both the driver and I assume the receptionist were rude and unhelpful. Once I was finished and payed the full overcharged amount the driver was blatantly rude and talked about me as if I wasn't standing right next to him. I will never use this service again or any service ran by Mr. John Silver.
Inconsistent service long wait times and when I say long i mean waiting 2 hours or more. Dispatch does not give an accurate estimated time if arrival as I am witing this I have been waiting for 2 hours 25 minutes and still no cab it is horrible downright horrible
