MOST of the staff seem to be knowledgable &amp; happy to help, answering any questions one might have and customizing your juice to your specifications. However, when I bought a battery on 09/05/13, I was told I could bring it back within seven days as long as I had the receipt. The battery didn't work with my unit (purchased elsewhere) and I thought maybe it needed charged, but it wouldn't charge using my charger. That was on a Friday. I was out of town over the weekend, worked late on Monday, so it was Tuesday before I was able to get back to the store to return the batery - still well within the seven days I was quoted I explained that the battery didn't work with my unit or charger &amp; wanted a refund. That's when I received a tutorial about &quot;spring&quot; and&quot;fixed&quot; atomizers. My unit is a spring &amp; wouldn't work with the battery because the spring pushes it down into the housing. He actually took a very tiny screwdriver &amp; pulled the battery back up in the housing. I said okay that's fine, here's my receipt &amp; the battery - I would like a refund. That's when he said no, we only give refunds on defective equipment - the battery isn't defective, it just won't work with your unit. I explained to him that was not what I was told - he called the girl over &amp; of course she lied stating she said it had a seven day warranty - that she didn't tell me I could just bring it back. I call BS! Maybe she lied to save her job or maybe she didn't understand the refund policy four days ago - I don't know, but I certainly don't appreciate it. I would have given them 5 stars, but I now have a $26.50 battery that will not work with my unit. Obvioulsy the girl who sold it to me is not very knowledgable, as I took my unit in with me when I bought the battery to make sure I was purchasing the right one; I should have been told then &amp; there the battery wouldn't work with my unit. So, if you have a fixed atomizer &amp; need a battery, hit me up I have one for sale: $20 - never used, literally brand spankin' new - I have the recipt to prove it :) While I will still purchase my juice at MES, I will not be purchasing any equipment there.
So I recently bought around sixty dollars worth of supplys from MES about two weeks ago. I was happy with the prices as they were cheaper than the competition, but after I added fluid to one of the clearos (v2) it started leaking at the top of the cap. upon further inspection I found that the pressed fitting was loose and fell off when i handled it. Since I work nights and I have other tanks to use I wasnt to worried about the 24 hour DOA warranty listed on their website. Today I went in and showed them the V2 that was defective and I was told, "Once your purchase the device it is yours." and "there was nothing the store could do about it." Way to stand behind your products guys. Vapor Rising is pricier, but at least they work with you on defective merchandise. So if shopping in N Lakeland beware. Two stars because of price and the people at the shop are friendly. Just not helpful when it comes to defects.
It's been a while since I visited My Easy Smokes. Thought I would check out the new location. They have improved! Yay!Unfortunately the employees couldn't answer some questions about some of their products. Recommend not selling items you don't know enough about.Overall though a knowledgeable vaper/ecig user should be able to sift through the low end gear and find some gems.Glad to see they have improved.
I quit smoking cigarettes 6 months ago and smoked a e cig as a alternative . Yes this did work , but the stores that I was going didn't have one thing are another. Then I found my easy smokes. The customer service was great . The products they offer are excellent. I started with 24 mg and now I'm down to 16mg thanks to this store next week I'm going to 14 mg nicotine sure is a hard habit to break.
Hi Went to myeasysmokes.com in north lakeland and found the best group of vapors around! went in the shop was treated like family and even tho i was new to the E-cigarette world they helped find me the best starter kit for me! walked out very happy with my new Ego-w kit with some wonderful e-juice some of the best tasteing around!! thanks fellows will be returning!!
Always have a friendly and welcoming experience when I stop in to get some e-liquid. The new premium line is quite delicious, has great flavor specifically the swamp crunch which was recommended today by the staff. It's a recommendation that I would pass along to others, as it has a smooth sweet taste. Check out my easy smokes you will be happy you did.

Went to the new shop on North 98 yesterday, and loved it! great people run it, and helped us buy new e cig kits for our grand daughter. Can't wait until they get all the new flavors in!! Try it!! Ginny

Excellent customer service, from knowledgeable and helpful staff. Their new premium line of juices is on par if not better than other juice lines available in the area.
