The Steak Fajitas are Awesome, they're super tender, Coming from someone that's had 9 jaw surgeries that's saying a lot, I'm unable to chew meats that aren't cooked properly and there's enough to take home for seconds. We love it ♥The Prince Family ★ Dean ★ Lisa ★ Roy ★
We had a party of 5 sat to eat at 7:30 pm got served at 9:00pm. For was cold, prime rib gray and chewy. All food was sent back. They microwaived my husbands fish, he sent it back refusing it. Asked for Niko, not there. At 9:45 they finally bright my husband his fish but he refused it. Horrible service when owners are away. What a shame. However manager was aware and made it right but still doesn't explain why the service fails when owners are gone.
We have eaten here on several occasions including with friends and family. Not only is the food fresh as stated but ample and tasty. I can't say enough for the service, staff, management (hard working & friendly, and dedicated to making the customer feeling special). All of our experiences have been among the most positive and memorable.
We ate at the original Manny's chop house in Haines City awhile back, the one on south Fla ave is NOT at all a good experience ! Our food was it done, the manager could have cared less, if you like sardines that is sitting like one this joint will squeeze you in I counted 8 people sitting within 5 feet of me , not my own party please stay away from this poor excuse of chock hole!
Excellent food, and excellent service. The portions are generous. Great atmosphere. The manager was out and about greeting patrons and inquiring about food and service. Overall excellent meal.
First, I prefer Texas Roadhouse, mainly because the quality of food from Outback seems to be declining. We went with a large group of our family to celebrate my Cousin's birthday on New Year's Eve. We called ahead and got a time for a group of 16. We arrived and had a 25 minute wait past our call ahead time. Two steaks were undercooked but they made that right immediately. A couple of orders were incomplete on the plate and they had to bring the topping to one order on another plate because of this issue. The servers were great but were a bit overwhelmed trying to keep up with our large group. The worst issue was the next 24 hours or so after eating there that my wife and I spent with our 8 year old daughter vomiting. She was the only one to order the Ribs and they must have sat at room temperature or some other issue to result her getting some form of food borne illness. If we do ever return everyone will be ordering made to order food to avoid the horrible New Year's time we had.
We wanted to have a wonderful New Years Eve dinner and have always gone to Louie Mack Steakhouse. However last night was a disaster from the time we entered the door until dinner was over. They lost our reservations, they were aout of baked potatoes at 7:30 PM on a holiday, they brought masked potatoes when we ordered fries after not being able to have what we actually wanted, steaks were not cooked properly and the server was less than enthusiastic. Terrible experience and we will not be going back. It lacked everything from atmosphere to good food. We were definitely disappointed after spending a lot of money for the dinner. This is supposed to be a high end restaurant however could have done better at Out Back, Long Horns, or Cattlemans Country.
