Horrible place to live. Don't be drawn by the great surroundings. This place is poorly managed by two ladies who don't know the word Customer service. You definitely deserve better for the price. Poor maintenance, no preventative maintenance and bug infested. If you like bugs living with you then you'll love this one. If not, don't get into something that apparently is expensive to get out of. They nearly poisoned my dog with careless extermination treatments and didn't care. Oh well, gate never works yet they market the property as a gated community.

Nice grounds, big apartments, good neighborhood, great nearby school, overall excellent place to live ... until it’s time to move out. We lived here for almost 2 years, resigning a new lease after the first term. Upon moving in, the carpets were stained and they were annotated on our records for future reference. When we decided to move, we were instructed to clean the bathrooms, the blinds, and the oven. Apparently we went above and beyond so we cleaned the entire apartment. We did have some slight pet damage, but not significant. When the final bill assessment came, $300 was being asked to pay. And you guessed it! The entire carpet was being replaced out of our wallets and a bonus of a $70 charge to steam clean the kitchen tile which was no bigger than 12 feet. After speaking with management, we decided to just pay and be done with it. However, our good neighbors moved out a couple of weeks ago and had the same magic number come up for their bill. They rebutted the charges and eventually had their bill lowered, but that just raises more suspicion on how they are handling their business. All in all the place is awesome to live, but getting out is going to be very costly.

ive lived here for 2yrs now and in the start they did everything to help you out now they could care less. i have told them a number of times that my A/C was not runnin well.they sent a guy out 2 weeks later and he still can not fix it (still waitin for it to be fixed). they dont keep the stairs clean and the stairwell roofs are comin down due to stroms. They say that their lobby hours are open at 8:30 am, i went there at 9:30 am and nobody home or answered the phone. Most of the lights around the mail area are not working, and the front gate works when it feels like, there is no light on the number pad to see what numbers u are pushing at night. well i guess im saying i would never tell anybody about this place .Cant wait to leave.
