Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

I would no longer recommend this Roto Rooter franchise. The new owner has raised prices dramatically. It was $373 to clear a non-emergency slow moving kitchen drain. You don't get the actual cost till they show up, but then you are stuck paying the $85 non-refundable service fee. There are many local plumbers, such as Gillum-Waddell that will be less than half the price. The only bright spot was the service technician, Tyler. He did a good job.

I requested services and was told the arrival time would be between 11 and 11:30 a.m. The plumber arrived just after 3 p.m.
Also, his masonry work left a lot to be desired: this spigot is at the front of the house and extremely obvious to me, even after painting over (and yes, I used the original shade of paint).

I feel it was a tad pricey. But needed the issue fixed, so it had to be paid. The tech (Jayden) was very nice.
