I can't say enough good about their service department. They did work on my 2005 cobalt free of charge, even though the warranty had expired--leaky ac. Then, they labored over a leak that lead from my sunroof down a body tube, until they found and fixed the problem. for a reasonable price. I told them I wanted my windows tinted and they did a great job. Now, I take my other vehicles to them for oil changes and other maintenance. They're reasonably priced and they just know how to treat customers.
When we came here to purchase a vehicle, we were in a pretty tight situation but needed something asap. The Sales person was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and did not give us the run around and haggling you get from most other places. There were no games. When the first offer we got back did not fit our goal payments, there was no pushing or haggling. They got right back at it, kept researching, and got us within the budget we needed. And all this with far less than perfect credit. They were amazing and I'd recommend them to anyone.
I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, front end alignment and a minor warranty fix. I used my points to pay for the oil change and tire rotation, and was told that the car was in proper alignment and didn't need to be re-aligned. I appreciate that honesty! The part for my warranty fix was ordered, and my car was nicely washed. Thanks! Greg was super nice as my check-in coordinator.
had to have the fuel level sensor on my 2013 chevy spark replaced which was covered by the warranty.took car in about 8:30 am and was asked if there was a particular time I needed it back by which was a very pleasant surprise.it is not very often that you find any place that the staff seems truly caring about your needs.it truly made me feel like I had chose the right dealership to make the purchase of the first new vehicle me and my wife had ever purchased.it is amazing what such a small jester can have a big impact. I had recently had the cars first service done and both experiences was refreshingly pleasant!! I hope not to have anymore mechanical issues but if we do I know that it will always be a good experience at regal. thank you so very much!i will see you again on the next oil change.
We finally did it. We purchased an Equinox LT. The salesperson was great and I was very impresed by the way he explained everything. He was patient with all my questions. He did not rush us or tried to pressure us into buying the car. He took all the time it needed for us to make up our mind I would definitly refer a friend to Regal. Thanks for an easy transaction.
Their sales people really know what they are doing. I came in last week and bought a new Chevy Silverado and the experience I had was the best of any dealership I've ever been to. The staff is happy, helpful, and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. Regal knocks out the competition; hand down!
Very nice dealership to work with. They answered all my question and asked several follow up questions that resulted in me getting a rebate that I was unaware of. Every one was very helpfull and went out of their way to find me the vehicle I was a looking for. Would be happy to do businness there again
I walked into the Chevy dealership and out with a new car within an hour. My salesman was gentle and kind- not the pushy, wheeling-and-dealing, greasy-haired, stereotype by any stretch of the imagination. He was more of an Otis Redding character- someone you'd like to know and have as a friend. He was very honest and straightforward and I am more than certain that I received the very best deal on my Chevy Spark. He was knowledgeable and helpful without any of the pestering qualities of a salesman. You will not be disappointed!
The salesman I had was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. I was looking for a used car to stay within my budget, but I really wanted a brand new one. When I mentioned a new car they weren't pushy or anything, they just told me the facts/prices and let me decide. I was actually able to afford a brand new Chevrolet Cruze thanks to regal and my awesome salesman!
stay away they tried to sell me a car with a messed up transmission they decided to give me my money back a week later but 4 days later have the car on there web site for sale again
Victoria.c You requested the car be returned and we did that asap. We didnt ask you to keep the car. No car is perfect , that is why new cars come with warranty's. If the car was on the lot we have repaired the vehicle. You didn't allow us to do that,but thank you for your comments. We have been in business for 36 years tha last thing our family wants to do is sell you a car and have you bring it back. Call me if you have any additional feedback.
I took my car in for a blown A/C connection. While they had it, I asked them to take a quick look at the rest of the car. They called back the same day I dropped it off (yay, great) with a list of repairs, and gave me an estimate with a timeline of 2-3 days (ok, nbd). Long story short, they started fixing things in the car without informing me beforehand, the 2-3 day deadline turned into 23 days, the final bill was hundreds of dollars over the estimate, and on the drive home...there was no A/C!
I will not return to this dealership/shop for any reason, nor would I recommend anyone for their services.
