Very disillusioning. Was sold a car needing a lot of work under the premise that it was completely rebuilt.
Be careful of promises made and don’t trust the pictures. You might want to also consider hiring a third party if you can’t be on their site to view the vehicle you’re interested in. Tried to negotiate a return on the vehicle as a trade on a completely restored unit they had there, but was given a price that incurred a $10,000 loss to me +2000 in shipping.
Hard lesson learned...

Misrepresented condition and I drove many hours with trailer to pick up car. Was not worth the price by far. Refused to return $1000 deposit and I'm out $1600 total and no purchase to show for it. Beware and know what you're looking for because they either don't know value or intentionally misrepresent it.

As a long time avid car collector and business man my experience to try purchasing a classic Pontiac from this facility was not only at the up most disappointing but a true reality that Primo Classics is no different than most of these type of resale outlets. The salesman played games with my time and clearly did NOT take me seriously as a out of state buyer with questions about the car I inquired upon. Bottom line is these classic car facilities have proven time and time again that the low hanging fruit is all what there after in this classic car game, it's about lining there pockets full of your hard money as conveniently possible for them. There not there for the real enthusiast or anybody else with further questions Just the money, PURE FACT! . Buy or beware with Primo Classic!!!

I bought a car from here and they had some changes in management and always trying to improve there costumer satisfaction for the customer. I have visited there lot at least three times a month always something nice there or coming in all dealerships sometimes gets bad managers its a good thing they try to get some good people in the car dealership to try to change any negative bad deals that they have, thanks guys and specially thanks to the salesperson, he was an awesome guy and he really taken the extra mile and beyond for me on getting me the truck i wanted, thanks again guys.

Purchased car, 200 miles later broke down twice and car has been in shop for 2 wks. Repairs will run over $1,100. . Oil leaks, ignition problem, steering and bent strut etc... mechanics say seller should be ashamed ...

I'm not sure where these bad review's come from, I have no clue because the guy's and girl's working there are nice, helpful, and decent people! Every car I've inspected there has turned out to be EXACTLY as stated in condition. Nothing hidden, they're very open people.

Ok, I've dealt several time's with the guy's there at Primo Classic's, and they're MORE than honest! I'd say, they're down to earth, honest, decent people. Every single person, from the guy selling, to the girl's in the office, are bending over backwards to help you out.

If you want to feel good about yourself this is the place to spend your hard earned money. Here is what I received after trying to start the conversation of negotiating from a starting place maybe a bit low but a start. A direct quote from Derek S,

If I was looking to purchase a classic car, this is the shop I'd suggest you go to! They're local, you can come right in and check the car's out yourself, or, get an inspector to do it for you! They're very open to anything you want. They are VERY customer friendly. How you guy's could write this garbage on here about them pulling something over on you, I'd say that's an absolute LIE. Just my opinion.

They sell old cars that are really nice, and they encourage you to come and inspect the car or send an inspector (only cost $100) before you buy it. They are not scammers lol. They have sold tens of thousands of cars around the world and have 100% positive feedback on eBay.

I visited this place in search of a used Ford Escape Limited. I had some 'must haves' like steel blue exterior, black leather interior and a sunroof. They did not have what I was looking for but the sales manager, They, said that they could find me one and that they have the ability to search the entire country via a dealers only inventory website (not available to the general public). They found me exactly what I was looking for. A 2010 model with only 47k miles on it. They had it trucked in from another state and I couldn't be any happier with the entire process.They even had a hot pink pinstripe put on for me and helped me acquire some hot pink Ford emblems as well. I absolutely love my Escape.

The staff was very helpful and willing answer my questions,I did want a service manager to contact me about the delivery of my vehicle which I think should be part of the pre delivery service, the office staff did so for me.
