This is the absolute worst Toyota dealership in the entire Central Florida area. They are rude, unprofessional, and downright sleazy in their business dealings from the sales rep to the manager to the financial manager to customer service — zero regard for the customer and/or the law. They “lost” the window sticker to the new car I was purchasing, refused to itemize my purchase (“packed the deal”), withheld some of my paperwork, refused to show a zero balance on a cash sale....IE- appears to be in violation of several state and federal laws.
I feel I was treated this way because I am a senior citizen as well as a single woman. I’ve driven either a Toyota or a Lexus for the past twenty years. IF this had been my first Toyota experience, I guarantee it would have been my last. So very sad to tarnish a good company’s name like they are.
LaKeLaNd ToYoTa’s VIP service was refreshing. When they say ‘oh, your vip’ usually I don’t even pay any mind to the comment, but this experience was the kind that made me truly feel as if I where the ONLY customer in the whole dealership! My sales rep was non other than the infamous, JaMeS RoSieR!! And boy did he go to great lengths to make sure I was satisfied in every aspect of my investment!

We went to Lakeland Toyota because we saw a car on the web - when we got there Don Townsend came out and greet us and when we found out the original car we went to look was sold already he helped us locate another same type and year
Don was awesome and very patient answered all our questions - and we never felt and pressure at all - when all the ducks were in a row and we agreed on the purchase Don walked us thru everything and the young lady in finance was awesome as well
Defiantly will go back there again and highly recommend Don Townsend as your salesman!!!
I went with a friend of mine as requested while they went to purchase a car. Their salesman was one of the managers name Yvince and he was GREAT! He was so helpful for her. She had multiple questions and he had an answer for them all. She was able to test drive and he explained the car so well while she was driving. We were there for a while and he never left her side during this process. It’s safe to say she left the lot that day in the same car she had her eyes on! I definitely give Yvince 5 stars for his patience, friendliness, professionalism and knowledge! When I’m ready for purchase a car I will definitely be at this same dealer asking for the same manager!
This past weekend I bought a car from Lakeland Toyota. My wife requested a Spanish speaking associate and we met with Ana. She walked us through the difficult task of choosing the right car, for the price I was looking for. I test drove two cars and made my decision quickly. She explained everything in English and Spanish thoroughly making sure we understood. I would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle from this dealership!!!
I had my Tundra serviced recently, and it needed a great deal unanticipated repairs. My service advisor Victoria Jimenez was very helpful in securing a loaner vehicle for the upcoming weekend. All repairs went well, and I'm back on the road. I've been going to Lakeland Toyota for over ten years to have multiple types of vehicles serviced. I have always been very satisfied with service work performed. And the new facility is a Great!
I only went in to test drive a 4Runner and a Tundra, and ended up driving out with the 4Runner. My salesman, Jean Rosier, was new to the dealership and was more than willing to provide me with any info I asked for. For me, it came down to what I needed for my trade in value for me to be happy with my new car payment. Manny Torres, the sales manager, just about bent over backwards making sure all the numbers worked so that I wasn't going to be hurt by negative equity. He presented me with the trade in value and when my payment was a bit higher than I wanted, he raised my trade in value to lower my new car payment to where I was happy. I've never had such a positive experience at a dealership, and I will most definitely be returning for all my service work, as well as when I need to buy a 2nd vehicle. Thank you, Lakeland Toyota!
The service team at Lakeland Toyota was very friendly and helpful. Most of all, my service representative, Joe Hood. Through the whole process, he gave quick and friendly service. He always let me know what was going on with my car and made sure that I had transportation if it was going to be a lengthy fix. I will absolutely be back for future service needs!
