Blind leading the blind. Job started almost 10 days late after 2 no call no shows. The installers work hard but are poorly trained and allowed to do a poor job because the supervisors don't supervise. Quality of work is poor and the owner Dave is good with it. This company lowballs the estimates, requires half of the payment up front, and then does a half a$$ install whenever they feel like showing up. They love to spray paint galvanized and are sloppy. If they run out of the hardware or material you paid for, they use whatever they have on the truck and paint it black instead and try to pass it off as the industry standard. Don't waste your money, HITT takes no pride in thier work and the guys trying to run the show have no clue what thier missing

had scheduled appt for a Wednesday. No show, no call. I called and was told they were having some personal issues and that someone would surely come. No one did. Following day they arrived at 6:30 pm. Next day they arrived at 4 pm and took my neighbors cable out and left exposed wiring. Saturday around 2 pm they arrived to complete the job. I cannot tell you how aggravating and frustrating this experience has been

Our experience with Hitt fence is exactly like Chris'. We paid up front for a gate. That was in June of 2014. It is still not working. Dave promises to show up "next week", then never appears. He doesn't answer the phone, and is never in the office. He is a good sales man, or maybe I should say con man, because once he gets your money, you'll never see him again. I only gave him 1 star because you have to give a rating. This has been the most frustrating experience. We're now going to contact both the BBB, and an attorney to have this issue resolved. As the other reviewer said, Never Never Never pay this guy up front. In fact, save yourself the aggravation and go someplace reputable to start with. They may charge a little more, but at least you'll get your money's worth!
