Family Fun Center

Let me start by saying that three generations of my family have had parties here and we have been loyal customers for many years. That ends now!!! Our family/friends/church groups will be boycotting this establishment from here on. The staff is as rude as I have ever experienced anywhere. I took my great niece and nephew there for a birthday treat, and were treated so poorly by the staff that my niece whom was having the birthday left in tears and I left cussing the staff. This was not a party mind you as the kids had already had there party there last month, this was just an aunt treating the kids herself to some games and the playground. Since I had not gone to the actual party that they had for her. I brought the one gift I had for her with us for her to open before she got on the playground. When I came in I went to the admissions area for the playground, and was very rudely denied access because "they don't allow gifts to brought into the playground area", so being the generally pleasant person that I am said 'oh no problem we will just sit over by the snack bar open it there and come back to the playground after. So we all went over to the snack bar area sat a table, when another rude employee came up and said, "you can't bring presents in here". Basically I was told that unless you have rented one of their party rooms you can not bring gifts into the establishment. I attempted to explain that we were not having a party we were just going to open ONE BOX and then let the kids go play. Mind you we had no balloons, no decorations, no 20 other kids in toe, no huge cake....In no way was this an impromptu party designed to cheat them out of money(which they already got from their party the preceding month). So I was getting so angry at this point at the sheer greed of not just letting a 5 year old open one gift that I went to leave, but at the last minute decided to go back and ask for the manager. Guess what the rude employee that ran us out of the snack bar...was the manger. My five year old niece then looked at me and asked,"why is the lady being so rude to us" Hey Family Fun Center Employees if a kid can tell you are being rude, you are being pretty RUDE. I will never step foot in this establishment from here on and Chucky Cheese will being making a lot of money off our family now. So Mr. Greedy Owner was it worth losing loyal multi-generational customers, two admissions that day to the playground, untold amounts of games that would have been played after the playground, and any future birthday parties, I think not, go back to business school Sir. the customer IS always right...WORD OF MOUTH IS A B*%#H.

This is a great place to take the kids if you have out of town guests. there is a lot of entertainment for the money.

The kids will really enjoy this spot there are so many games and the kids can blow alot of money which always make them happy
