I will never again do business with this dealership. I regret purchasing my second Cadillac from Canon and the service has been a complete nightmare. I have taken my car in for a second time to fix the sunroof and it still does not work properly. I have already scheduled an appointment to take it to another dealership to trade it in. The customer service is horrible and I only leave with excuses.

We have ZERO complaints about anything at Cannon Automotive. They are professional, courteous and customer friendly. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice of two new Encores purchased about a year ago. The service department has been great with routine maintenance notifications and prompt service.



I have purchased a used vehicl...

I have purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Found it online through autotrader, which isn't a bad way to go nowadays since you can get your dream vehicle sent to you, coast to coast for under $1000.

The dealership has remained pleasant, but made one critical error. They communicated the condition of the vehicle as having no scratches. I asked them to do a walk around and identify any defects. In the pictures it apeared to have scrathces on the hood from some sort of higway debris hitting it. (2009 Saturn Outlook). So I asked them to confirm or deny if it was infact scratched, or just dirty, or maybe bugs that sometime get splattered on your hood when driving. On numerous occasions of asking about this, they said it must be the case because there are no scrathces they could see.

Car shows up last saturday, they were in fact deep scratches. (On first 6" of the hood.)

No one could have accidentaly missed seeing these. They refused my attemps (prior to shipping) to request a walk around vehicle inspection or just to send me some close up's of any damaged ares.

I'd like to think this wasn't intentional deception, but all the facts seem to indicate that it was intentional.

I let one of the owners know the situation, I will have to report back on how they handle it.

But beware buying a used car from them, they did do a bit of bait and switch on the price when we were negotiating as well.

It's too bad, I really wanted to post a review of a good experience from them. Who know's maybe they'll make it right.
