Install, upgrade, trouble shoot VOIP. was an IT2 (Information Systems Technician Petty officer 2nd class) in the United States Navy. I held a Sensitive Compartment information (SCI) Security Clearance. I have completed 24 weeks in IT A school. While in the Navy job responsibilities consisted of Operating and coordinating automated networks, data-links and circuits, Applying diagnostic, corrective and recovery techniques to information systems, Analyzing communication signals, Providing telecommunications and computer-related training and assistance, Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on state-of-the-art equipment, Operating and maintaining global satellite telecommunications systems. I have also worked with the navy's ELF (Extra Low Frequency), VLF (Very Low Frequency), LF (Low Frequency), HF (High Frequency), UHF (Ultra High Frequency), and SHF (Super High Frequency) systems. I was also responsible for antenna maintenance at both ship and shore based stations. I currently hold enough college credits for an Associates degree in Computer Science. I have experience working with Satellite communications aboard ships that are afloat. I am very professional while on the job site and off. I am dedicated to making sure the customer is happy and will take pride in my work performed. I am very proficient in all windows versions. I am proficient in all Microsoft Office products. I currently posses 2 forms of Government issued ID's One is my VA card and the other is a TWIC card issued by TSA.
