A Wedding Chapel In Las Vegas

We drove all the way from SC to Vegas to get married. It started with the limo we paid for not showing up, but instead a personal SUV of the "limo driver/photographer". When he showed up and the entire time, even during our wedding he was wearing shorts, and a button down shirt that wasn't tucked in. The ceremony started over 30 minutes late and was blamed on their "webcam" issues, but during that time no staff from the chapel could be found. Many of our loved ones could not watch the ceremony including immediate family. The flowers were wilted and not the color we asked for. The "suit" I borrowed was terrible condition and certainly not a tux. The place was dirty, run down, and without A/C. (except in the ceremony room was "room temp" at best) The lights in the room we were in flickered. I had to play with the light switch myself until I got them to stop flickering. The candles for the unity ceremony were all melted down to nubs. The photos that were taken were all from one angle, and there was a mirror in the back of the room so not only was it the back of the brides head, but the slob taking the pics was in almost all of them. We still to this day have not received a single photo. We have also not received the "HD DVD" copy of the ceremony. Our wedding song and 1st dance were cut off after about half of the song. My wife was so upset and we just wanted to get out of there. We were in Vegas several days after the ceremony and we couldn't get our DVD and pictures before we left? We have made lots of contacts with this chapel since then, giving them ample time to get this right. They have promised to send us a properly edited dvd of the ceremony and ALL of the ceremony pictures. I told them they could just put them on a disk and we would print them ourselves. They just keep stringing us along. I want to be done with this chapel. They ruined what should have been the happiest day of our lives. To this day I have spoken to them many times and recorded a few of the phone calls. These are the most unprofessional group of people in Vegas. I'm getting too upset to type anymore. Total dirtbags. BUYER BEWARE AND STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. You can get a bum off the street to do better.
