2 customers in front of me. Came in the door and 10 minutes waiting...not even a smile out of the 2 employees. Whatever happened to "Welcome to Sprint" I have no idea. Finally after about 15 minutes one of the employees (the "location manager") asks me "how can I help you?". My phone was not receiving texts so his "easy out" was to tell me that I have a Nextel and they are well aware of the issues with the texting and they were not going to fix it. I replied: "That's funny 'cause this is a company phone and I just had 2 phones with the same problem last week and they fix it". So now all of the sudden, the problem can be fixed. I also had another issue with the memory card and he fix that too. Of course the total time I spent on the store...almost 1 hour. And remember, this was an hour with the most unhappy customer service / SALES representatives I've ever seen. Not to mention that 10 minutes before I leave a third employee came to work and when I thought finally we would get a smile...she was just about to bite her lip. By the time I left there were 7 customers in the store, 5 not very happy with the service.
