LaKeLaNd ToYoTa’s VIP service was refreshing. When they say ‘oh, your vip’ usually I don’t even pay any mind to the comment, but this experience was the kind that made me truly feel as if I where the ONLY customer in the whole dealership! My sales rep was non other than the infamous, JaMeS RoSieR!! And boy did he go to great lengths to make sure I was satisfied in every aspect of my investment! Thank you, James! You are an amazing person to be able to deal with every challenge I threw at you, and handled it with the utmost respect, care and grace! I am a ToYoTa gall as long as James is around!
We bought a used Truck from them in May.....we traded in a car to put towards the loan on the used truck. It is now JULY and they still have NOT paid off the loan for the car we traded in!!! Which means I have been paying for a car payment for 2 MONTHS on a car that I NO LONGER OWN!!!!!!!!!!! I am beyond livid at this and our overall experience with the dealarship. Not to mention when we first purchased the truck we were told we would be paying a dealarship fee, which fine we get and then we were also charged a refurbishing fee....a refurbishing fee of $986.37!!!! I was upset with this thinking there is no way they spent almost a thousand dollars refurbishing this vehicle considering they still hadn’t even changed the oil or detailed it. I asked the manager for a write up of every dollar spent to “refurbish” our vehicle and he said he would get it for me I called for it the next day and nobody could give me to the manager I was speaking with to receive this write up. They have been shady since we first started dealing with them. Their sales employees were rude to me. And there manager straight up said and I quote, “ I would treat your husband better than you, because he is a veteran.”.......Excuse me!!!!!! Should you not treat ALL of your customers with the same amount of respect and dignity in helping them especially if they are a disgruntled customer looking for help!!!!!! As I said before.....NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS DEALARSHIP!!!!Spend your money anywhere but here I beg of you!!!!P.s. If you happen to see my review posted on multiple sites it is because Lakeland Toyota left such a bad taste in my mouth that I want to warn as many people as I can to not buy from there.
We went to Lakeland Toyota because we saw a car on the web - when we got there Don Townsend came out and greet us and when we found out the original car we went to look was sold already he helped us locate another same type and year Don was awesome and very patient answered all our questions - and we never felt and pressure at all - when all the ducks were in a row and we agreed on the purchase Don walked us thru everything and the young lady in finance was awesome as well Defiantly will go back there again and highly recommend Don Townsend as your salesman!!!
I went with a friend of mine as requested while they went to purchase a car. Their salesman was one of the managers name Yvince and he was GREAT! He was so helpful for her. She had multiple questions and he had an answer for them all. She was able to test drive and he explained the car so well while she was driving. We were there for a while and he never left her side during this process. It’s safe to say she left the lot that day in the same car she had her eyes on! I definitely give Yvince 5 stars for his patience, friendliness, professionalism and knowledge! When I’m ready for purchase a car I will definitely be at this same dealer asking for the same manager!

This past weekend I bought a car from Lakeland Toyota. My wife requested a Spanish speaking associate and we met with Ana. She walked us through the difficult task of choosing the right car, for the price I was looking for. I test drove two cars and made my decision quickly. She explained everything in English and Spanish thoroughly making sure we understood. I would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle from this dealership!!!
After contacting the dealer on Car Gurus and getting an email from Amy saying the Jeep Renegade was in stock, I decided to call the dealer after seeing the reviews that sometimes the vehicle was not in stock. On the phone, Crystal said it was available and set up an appointment for the morning. Then in the morning, I asked about the vehicle via text and nothing was said about it being unavailable. When I got there, the salesman said the Jeep needed parts that were on back order. I should have left then, but I was already there, and I test drove a couple vehicles. The sales manager tried to convince me to take home a car I didn't like then said they would try to find me a vehicle I liked. I asked about the Renegade, and the manager said the Jeep was missing a part that had been on back order for a month. I did not like these tactics and will not return.
Bill Raynor is the best, this was by far the easiest time we have ever had buying a car. Love the dealership everyone is very helpful and the restaurant is a nice touch.
Bought a new Solstice ...4 recalls on this auto but only notified once by dealer. Involved in an accident, air bags did not deploy, bags never replaced. Had A/C problems 4 yrs back, Regal said it was compressor/condenser...had them replaced for $1800 but that was not the problem. Regal then replaced a switch - that was not the problem - cost $600 to me. On 3d try they replaced a switch for free - that was the problem. Is this a racket? Why 3 tries before the problem was corrected and why at my expense?
