My family and I recently moved from Tennessee, where my disabled son received excellent services through Youth Villages, to Florida. The first week we were here I contacted Youth Villages in Lakeland/Tampa via their ONLY online published phone number to set up an intake so my son could seamlessly (as possible) continue mental/behavioral services. It has now been over a month, with numerous phone calls, and nobody from the organization had attempted to call me back. There is no option to speak with a live person, only a messaging service promising to call back within 24-hours. Many 24-hours have passed! I am livid with their lack of professionalism to the point that I wouldn't dare ask these people to provide services for us.
