I always love this place. Best food, kindess waiters , fast service. Will always be my favorite spot.
First time at this location we were looking foward to it. Customer service was not friendly nor helpful with the menu for we were confused, for we never been here. Our orders were made sloppy with chocolate on outside of cups presentation was not good. We were unsatisfied with one of our orders lady said we had to pay for another she wouldn't exhange it for us. So we were pretty much stuck with paying $5 for something we didn't like at all. After slamming the door and turning her back on us while we were standing there upset. No apologies for anything whatsoever. Would be the and first and last time coming here dont recommend this one to anyone.
Been going here for a few years now and have loved it all up till now. They must have gotten new owners because a lot has changed in the way of food quantity. The chef salad used to be my favorite in town but it is smaller portioned and the ingredients are cut/made smaller also. But still the same price. Too bad I really wanted to give it 5 stars but can only give 2. Even there pizzas have changed for the worse. Definitely will not be going out of my way anymore from work for lunch.
Warning......the worst in Lakeland. I booked one night online for a room, holding the reservation with a credit card. When I went to check in I was told the computers were down and there were NO rooms. BUT I reserved a room online....didn't matter.....NO ROOMS. The shocker came when I received my credit card bill......they billed me as a NO SHOW!! I tried to get the charge taken off, but the manager (Clyde) would not call me back or email me back about the matter. I am $100.00 poorer, but much wiser.....this is a place not to be trusted.
Best Ice Cream ever... Love all the flavors especially the Belgian Chocolate.
Delicious! Great staff. They make the order along with taking it so sometimes it may take a minute to get your order to you.
Even though it's a chain, Carrabba's is the best restaurant in Lakeland. The food is fresh, most dishes are interesting, portions are a reasonable size, the dishes are consistant, the wait-staff always smiles, their manager Susan? is tough but occasionally she gives away stuff (like when I asked for my second juice drink to be free if a second alcoholic drink is free during their happy hour [which she declined, lol]) but once she gave me a free appetizer card when there was a minor problem with something. Sometimes their desserts are incredible (First apple, then some raspberry/peach baked thing) and both were delicious, and I'm a former chef to I know good food. Most Floridians don't, know good food lol. They was big soft rolls, big mashed potatoes and lots of gravy, over-cooked green beans with fat back, big cheese-burgers with bacon - you get the picture.
I've went to there for spaghetti first I was quoted 14 dollars for an not even good portion of it and then the spaghetti tased like noodles and paste with meat added no sayce or flavor at all
I rarely eat out anywhere, but I do as a treat like the small downtown store. They always have coffee grinds for your garden available!
