I live in NY and I purchased a motor home from Gerzeny's in Lakeland. Obviously this is a nerve-racking situation, given the distance. I flew down to see the unit and bought it after I returned to NY a couple weeks later. While I'm not taken with flattery, they did an excellent job. They were prompt, straight-forward, the unit as ready when I went to pick it up to drive it back to NY. They went out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied. They had forgotten to put an item back in the rig and when I mentioned it, they searched for it and found it and promptly took care of it. And, they had performed all of the repairs that I had included in my agreement with them. Very pleased and satisfied.

Great service - Great people
Very pleased with the service!
Very good job
did a great job!
The only place I will let touch my RV! I am a full timer on a fixed budget so fair prices, same or next day service for emergencies are a must as well as getting my rig done in one day is awesome. Brian rocks!
Don't waste your time! We drove an hour up to the Lakeland location to see a used RV they had on their website. The sales person was only on the job a few days. (This is the 2nd time we had a salesman only on the job a short time). The RV we drove up to see, was supposed to be 27'. Instead it was 24'. The stock number was wrong online also. In other words, the web information was completely wrong. They never apologized for the inconvenience. They just tried to pass the buck on to someone else, who was not there. It is a poorly run operation. If this is the way the sales are run, I hate to imagine the service after the sale.
Not very impressed. Put my RV on consignments for close to one year. After several months, received a call because some leaking and have to sealed it all over. I agreed to pay $1800 this than another $1200 to remove & rebuild the front cabinet which showing water damages. After some other months, not sold yet, I call them to tell I'm gonna stop by to pick it up to use it for few months on a Florida vacation trip, so, I asked them to put the batteries on charge and make sure it fire up and is ready to go. When I go back to pick it up, both, front and rear batteries were dead. They told me don't understand because it was working previously but anyway, I aske to change the batteries but no crew to do it on Saturday. Asked to get tools to do it myself, no jaw locking plier... I went to get batteries and plier than changed them myself. After I park to the campground, I take a walk all over and realized all windows were sealed with cheap sealer (was suppose to be premuim) because it already starts to crack and they were sealed fast with over 1" of over sealed around windows. I had to scratch only with my nails to remove easily this cheap seal. The fiberglass roof has been brushed with sealer only around A/C, fans, vent, sides, etc. but not all over (remember, this is a $1800 job...) and the sealer dripped all over the walls, front hood, rear, etc. I had to polished the coach to removed all of this. The cabinet just received a 1/8 plywood nailed, dyed (even not the same colour...) to mask the water marks (remember, they were supposed to remove the cabinet to replace te damaged pieces for a $1200 job... never done that way). They screwed me up for $3000. Not honest! Don't deal with people like this.
Craig and the entire team are excellent and very knowledgeable! My experience couldn't have been better.
