I brought my 07 Yamaha royal star tour deluxe to this shop for a fairly extensive scheduled maintenance job . Knowing that Kevin the owner was formerly from a local Yamaha dealer I figured things would be fine . I was so wrong . First of all the job was a week late getting done from the date promised , no communication from them half the time you have to leave a message . Don’t bother leaving a message they don’t call back . So I get my bike back all is good right ! No it’s not , I park my bike in the garage next morning I have a small pool of oil on the floor . I call them back ... bring them the bike told it needs some internal part that goes bad they had noticed it was worn . So why not call me while you have it apart right ! So they took it back apart diagnosed it they say and put it back together ... guess what no leak , hmmmm mechanics error the 1st time ... but now they wanted 165.00 in labor charges to fix what they messed up the 1st time .... also the 2nd time my bike was there when I got home and cleaned it up I have a small crack and chipped paint on one of my bags ... no was f from a rock and I know every battle wound my bike has ... I call them of course didn’t happen in their shop no was told I must have dropped my bike on the way home.... wont let them touch anything of mine ever again ... FYI I refused to pay them 165.00 to fix an issue they created ... 2 years later it has never leaked again guess I didn’t need the new part just the old one put back in correctly .
Oil and filter change, and chain adjustment on my 2014 Triumph Bonneville while I waited a short time. No problem.
I had the oil and filter on my motorcycle changed there. Later, I realized I had lost a quart and a half of oil, due to a loose drain plug. I went to inform Kevin of the problem, but he was not there. I told the gentleman who seemed to be in charge, and he said he would tell Kevin. That was a few months ago, and I have not been contacted. I will never visit CC Rider again.
I was out washing bike to trip to Daytona and noticed my back tire was bald!! call cc rider talked to kevin they did not have a wide white wall tire in stock but said if I could find one he could get me in !!!found one got bike to him and got it back next day and I made my trip!!they went out of their way to help me out and in return gained new customer!!!so thanks again to kevin!!!
Im writing this post as I was disappointed with the way I was treated and lead on as a customer. I came to CC riders as my buddy had a good experience there so I figured I'd give them a shot. I had 2 scooters both yamaha bikes that needed a regular service and a carb cleaning over all. When I dropped off my bikes on Tuesday (10/03/17) Kevin (the owner I believe) told me he cant get around to my job till Thursday or Friday because they had "3 big jobs" in front of me that need to be done by Friday. So knowing this he said I could leave my bikes there so I don't have to come back. Well Friday (10/06/17) comes around and I haven't heard from them so i decided to stop by and check in. i talk to kevin telling I really wanted to get one bike back by Saturday but I understood they had other jobs in front of me but he told me he will try his best to get around to it by tomorrow Saturday (10/07/17), so I left. Tuesday (10/10/17) comes around and I call to check in and got no answer so I left a voice mail asking to have an update and call me back about the progress. I never received a call until I decided to go in on (10/17/17) to check in. Now understand this is 2 weeks later from when I dropped my bike off and they only had "3 big jobs" in front of me.I go there to find out that my bikes have not even been touched or looked at! This is what frustrates me.. You have wasted 2 weeks on me waiting to get my bikes fixed and you didn't even get around to it or even call me back. I understand some shops are backed up but when you make a commitment to a customer on a time frame you should stick to it or at least update the customer with a phone call about any issues! Luckily I was able to get my bikes and go but I will never go back there.
Kevin Neff and his staff are professional, honest, and capable. It was refreshing going into a business where I felt valued and respected, and where I could trust that the work needed was completed without all the add-ons that so many repair shops try to convince the customer to do. The work was done quickly and with excellence. My bike hasn't run this well in years.
Owner say one thing, mechanic tells me another. Paid to have something fixed, now worse than before. Nope, not going back.
Worst motorcycle shop you can take your bike to. My first motorcycle I brought to them they kept on saying was fixed then it kept breaking down on me. I would bring to the shop and they would take forever to do anything and the whole process would repeat. Eventually I gave up on this bike and bought a new one. After having them inspect the bike I purchased only to have the engine die less than a year later. I brought to the shop and they said they would look for a new engine. I called on numerous occasions and the owner was having trouble finding an engine. I left it there hoping they would find an engine. After about 5 months I got a letter in the mail srating they put a lean on my motorcycle. Now I am losing my bike. If you want your bike to work and want to keep it DO NOT BRING TO THIS SHOP!
I like going to fishing or skate an help a lot of homeless because they got none food. I want to be cop.
I stopped in today and Mark was very knowledgable and helpful as I asked questions to decide what model cycle I should by.Todd V
