Dr. Jeffrey L Kugler, MD

Probably the worst Dr I have ever been to and I've been to many. His staff is completely unprofessional they do not show up on time for their jobs holding up the doctor and the patients appointments. They are unorganized do not have a computer to schedule appointments and I might add not personable or friendly.

The dr is excessively late. Books appointments then doesn't show up for them and schedules surgeries at the same time he schedules appointments in the office.

Now for the worst part! He had agreed to do a procedure on me which would have changed my life as far as my poor health is concerned then reneged. Inappropriate behavior towards me. Extremely moody person.

I have never once posted anything to any site in regards to a doctor or services rendered but I do not want anyone to go through what I have!!

Awesome quality service . Best orthopedic physicians in America.
