am a resident of Villas at Meadow Lakes which is being managed by Kahlea Green. She is wonderfully professional and very dependably helpful. They pile a lot of work on her, but she always does what she says will do,,I know how important that because I am the CFO of a company which has more than 200 people that are part of our team. She is a good ambassador and is reassuring to chat with. This is the second time I've needed help and its so nice to be able to find someone with a great mix of a "can do" attitude and empathy. I give her five stars for service and a job well done!
I am the president of a condo association and our property manager Ashley Martin and her assent Stephanie Chischilly they both do a outstanding job and give more then 100%. I would like to mention Kristie Robinson in the accounting department that is another employee that gives much more then 100%. I hold a very high standard and Davenport Management is over the top in excellent.
As a Real Estate Agent I work with many of the Management Companies and I must say, Davenport’s Kaleah Green, is a pleasure to work with. Not only with her knowledge and professionalism answering any and all my questions but also the follow up and her quick turn around answering my emails. It is a real pleasure and when I see Davenport is affiliated with a new property I am working on, it is a huge relief knowing I will get answers to my clients questions.
Davenport Property Management is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Per the HOA agreement, they are responsible for the roof. The maintenance man inspected my roof last week and advised me there was nothing wrong with it. My roof currently has rotten wood and leaks and we are expecting a hurricane this weekend. The President himself told me they could not have anyone come look at until after the hurricane! And then proceeded to hang up on me. What are my HOA fees going towards exactly? I have sent numerous emails and have not gotten a response.
DAVENPORT is a mess! I had many problems with them regarding bootings in my car and my guest's cars and they never done anything to help me to solve my issues. At first, when they received my application, it was authorized very quickly within one week only! I wonder why...
The landlord told me that with the PASS provided by them with their approval I could park anywhere saying RESERVED. For my sad surprise, my car after 03 nights was booted even with the sticker and PASS provided. I had to pay $65.00 to have it removed and no apologies or anything received from them. I have many crazy stories about booting vehicles from my families, friends and neighbors with no reason or any reasonable explanation. All the issues you have are treated by them and the association and their employees with lack of respect.
I live at MEADOWS LAKE for almost two years where they have my car registered license plate, etc. Last night I parked and I was sure had the parking sticker there. For my surprise, the sticker was stolen or removed and instead of checking if the car was signed with DAVENPORT (They have all my car information's and documents there), they without further notice, put another booting! Second one!! I lost my day of work and once again, no respect or answer about it. I had to pay $ 65.00 again and even being a victim here, treated with no respect at all.
I will leave this place next month and I will never refer it to anyone..
This company has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I was considering buying a place and moving here when I retire. I happen to run across a condo that was very well kept and very reasonably priced at the end of January. Before I invested in buying it I wanted to find out if I could rent the condo seeing I was not going to retire for the next 2 years. I was told verbally by Davenport that I could about a month before I closed. So, I closed on the condo, spent another $4000 in making some improvements and found a renter who was going to rent it for a year and pay me over $20,000 for the whole year up front. Everything was signed ready to go the end of May. And they won't let me rent my condo, so I lose out on $20,000. This company is unethical, unprofessional, bullies, and a bunch of liars. If you see a good review from this company it must be someone who works there or are friends. Because they certainly do not take care of the homeowners.
The worst company I've had to deal with, they took my application and money order and threw out my app. I was told to wait around three weeks for an approval to rent. I called three weeks later to ask if I was approved, they said they didn't have my application!! They took my money order and ran. Beware of this mismanaged organization.
This management did not inform me the payment method on orientation day. Do not send bill to clients. When I first time got my letter, it was a warning. After I realized their procedure, I paid right away. They still gave me penalty letter. The staff is helpless. I emailed my check images and ask for appeal. She just ignored and told me to talk to board.
