The food is wonderful here! The problem is the service. It is horrible! If you want good food come here, it is good, but if you expect decent service, this is not the place for good service at all, it stinks. Most of the reviews say the same. Service is bad here. We used to love this place and come here all the time. Then the service got so bad we stopped going for a few years. Recently, we decided to give them another try as we do like their food, I have come here with friends and family three times in the past three weeks, the food has been wonderful, but the service is always horrible. A few weeks ago, the lady took our order and never came back, never came to check how things are or if we needed anything else, never came back. We had to then request the bill and it took 15 minutes to get it and pay. The service just has gone down here, even worse than I remember in the past. Last night we came here, again bad service, I am not sure if it is hard to hire competent and caring servers this day and age, but they have no attention to detail, they don't listen, and don't really seem to care, it is as if they cannot focus on a table and serving people. We do not expect service you would get at The Breaker's or anything here, but just check back and get things right. This server didn't apply my VIP card and charged us for something we never ordered and we didn't notice until after we got home. I hate when this happened. Then you have to dispute it with your credit card. I wish they would listen, focus, and really care and have an eye for detail in waiting on people here. Dave's has wonderful food, but the service is appalling. This place can be a little loud with all the TV's and music. Too, if you don't smoke and don't like it, don't sit outside as all smokers are eating outside and it is not pleasant with all the smoke. I hope this review can help them improve. I would love to come here and eat more often, but after the past three weeks of visits to eat, I doubt we will be back again for another 2-3 years, this is really going to hurt them if they do not improve their service, people just won't go back even if they do have good food. Service matters Dave, please improve this part of your gig. Thanks for the wonderful food, you have that part down. I just wish they would improve their service and we would come here more often.
Was refused to be seated with multiple tables open. Waited 30 minutes and saw the same tables empty the entire time. Manager should be embarrassed how he handled it becauae he just lost weekly business. Guess he doesnt want to stay in business.

Regular breakfast is BIG and good...A nice find in breakfast and things. Coffee was surprisingly good as well.
Been going since the opening. The food is great and the prices are right. Highly recommend for breakfast and lunch. My new favorite place.
Unbelievably bad. We were first in at 7:30 on a weekday. The staff was all sitting around eating breakfast and acted like we were interrupting them (They open at 7 AM). Service slow, runny un-cooked eggs, watery hollandaise sauce, un-toasted English Muffin, wrong order, over charged. Every thing that could go wrong, did. I wouldn't come within a mile of this place ever again!
I visited this restaurant on its opening day. It was incredible! The family knows EXACTLY how to treat its customers...they have over 30 years under their belt for serving breakfast!!! Good prices and exceptional food!!!!
The food is amazing when you eat in the restaurant. Take out, not so much...���� The last 3 times we picked up the food, in 25 minutes, like they said....We were shorted on amount of food in the box, the soup was half empty, so thick you could use a fork! ���� We visit Chili's sometimes 6 & 7 times a month. And always spend $75 or more each time. We are not special, but we do like our takeout to be what it's supposed to be. ����
very nice salad and burgers. Good place to eat and hang out for a beer or two or three...
The food is okay. I would like to be told in advace that not everything on the menu is available at this time. I went there a few times about an hour after opening and ordered about three different items only to be told we do not have that right now. I am a firm believer in if you tell me in advance I can't be mad at you.
