Where to start....Bug infestation all around. Mold in between walls and visible throughout. Housing has rehab tenants yet there is BIG drug traffic at all hours. They raised rent to $1400 but made no renovations to the properties or grounds to justify the rent increase. They show you the model which looks NOTHING to the unit you actually end up getting. Laminate floors peel easily because they are layered; instead of addressing the problem underneath they just keep layering flooring. Tubs are painted over and the minute you start taking a shower they start peeling. Took almost a year to have them repainted...and they still peeled within the week after repainting. Dishwashers are moldy and about 15+ yrs old, Refrigerators constantly have issues, Central AC units are over 15 yrs old and not energy saving. Their security is a joke! Drug deals done in plain sight of security, who doesn't even get out of their vehicle ...IF you can ever find them. DO NOT RENT HERE!
DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE. THEY CHANGE THEIR NAME TO OAKWOOD APARTMENT SO THEY THEY CAN PEOPLE IntO THIS FILTHY PLACE. BED BUGS ARE CRAWLING EVERYWHERE AND NOT TO MENTION THOSE RATS THEY HAVE VISITING THE APARTMENT. I SPENT A YEAR IN THIS PLACE BECAUSE I COULDN'T PLACE MY LEASE AND IT WAS A YEAR IN HELL. THE MAINTENANCE SUCKS BIG TIME. WHEN I MOVED IN INTO THIS BED I FOUND OUT THAT THEY PAINTED MY BATH THUB BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO GET A NEW ONE SO WHEN I STARTED SHOWER IT STARTEDTO PEAL OFF N YOU CAN SEE ALL THE DIRTH THAT LEFT BEHIND FROM THE PREVIOUS TENANT. PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
I live in Palm Club now worse mistake I ever made but I was tricked! They showed me the demo apartment which is beautiful and they also showed me apartment 10 and it was nice. The lady told me that I was going to move in apartment 10 if I decided to move out here well fast forward I did once I sign the lease they gave me a different apartment which was in the back OMG. The apartment is horrible the cabinets are ridiculous the appliance mainly the stove needs to be threw outside. The wood on the floor upstairs is rotten they promise to send in a contractor to replace the floor boards that's was about three months ago no one has shown up yet. Water runs from upstairs to downstairs I told Mrs.Gloria she stated that happens in all the apartments not just yours. Connie and Gloria will say anything for you to move in my advice STAY AWAY GO LIVE IN A MOTEL YOU'LL BE MORE COMFORTABLE . PALM CLUB RESIDENT WHO CAN'T WAIT UNTIL HER LEASE IS UP!!! The only reason I gave them a star is because to post you have to rate don't deserve not one star.
