WORST PLACE in Polk County! Poor (BEYOND poor) management! She works whenever it's convenient for her, only to collect rent & to evict people. She will talk about you to everyone that will listen. She does NOT enforce the rules. Neighborhood is worse than the ghetto! Disrespectful neighbors. Expect nothing! Roads are beyond disrepair! Busted tires twice because of potholes & broken speed bumps. Management will NOT give out info of owner. No way to complain about her or the poor condition of this community. They charge a monthly fee for lawn maintenance and you will not get your lawn mowed! You will be responsible to take care of your own lawn AND pay the fee. They're crooks here. Stay far far away from this black hole of Polk County!
