        I had oil change today because a friend had great service here and business has been in Lake Wales for years ( and they keep their downtown place of business attractive and clean. I was very happy!. friendly, efficient and being open at 7am shows they understand customers need to get things done before work! I will go back when I need other auto service! SH

        disappointed! i had them chang...

        disappointed! i had them change my oil pan on my van this past week. The next day after getting it home, I went to take the fill cap off to add my usual high mileage additive. The cap just spun around, both ways. It obviously got put on too tight or something. I took it back the following day only to be told, 'oh, this happens when it gets hot, they can break'.....really? it was perfectly fine before i brought it there and was not broken. So I was told where to buy a new one. They did not take responsibility at all, costing me another $10 for a new cap. Oh and I loved how he broke my old one off and had to unscrew the threaded part left in there with a pair of pliers!!!! Definitely, will never go there again!!
