Sold me a sick chameleon (with a 6 month health guarantee since I also purchased the required chameleon kit) and when I called to tell them it needed to go to the vet less than 24 hours after the purchase and I would like to return it I was told I would only get my money back if it died and I couldn't bring it back alive... Spent over $100 on vet bills and called back to speak with the owner and I was told he would call me within the week. I haven't received a call and it's been over a month. Chameleon pulled through after antibiotics. I won't be going back.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. They are ready to assist even after the sale. Pets are very important to us, we have never purchased a dog from a pet store. This facility is very well managed, clean and a joy to visit.

Horrible-went there looking for puppies. Nobody helped and I waited for about 20 minutes before I stopped a worker and asked to see a puppy. There was probably around 12 employees but they were all in the back making small talk with each other and avoiding all the customers in the front. When I finally had a puppy and was ready to switch puppies, none of the employees AGAIN came over to help and I had to verbally ask and motion over another employee. Even then, this employee was uncooperative and told me that the same employee that assisted me first had to help me- the only problem was that the employee who first "helped" me had finished his shift and had told me that another employee would help me. At this point I was very frustrated and just decided to leave- the employees were unprofessional and if the employees were wearing name tags I would have definitely written them down; the employees not only treated me horribly but the families around me were struggling to even talk to the employees as well. It was totally unacceptable and I will not be returning to this establishment again.

Service was awful. My friends and I along with multiple other groups waited for 30 minutes for someone to come help. All the employees were in the back room talking and avoiding the customers. A group had to raise their hand to get the attention of an employee. We were finally helped and when we were ready to look at another puppy no one would help us. One employee said he would before proceeding to help another group and then walking away. We finally got an employee to reluctantly help us. The employees were not helpful with the dogs and acted like doing their jobs was a nuisance. They did not seem well trained at all. The cages the dogs were in were not cleaned either and some cages didn't even have a thin blanket for the dogs. I would not suggest adopting a dog there. You will be sorely disappointed.

They don't have their nametags on at all times, otherwise I would be specifically call out their names. The puppies are cute and fun, but the staff managed to make the environment of puppies less enjoyable. They were grade A jerks and were really rude and irresponsible. We, being about 5 families, waited for 30 minutes to be helped while we SAW 8 staff members standing in the back area watching us and avoiding eye contact. Once they finally did come out, they helped one person and dissappeared for another 15 minutes before someone actually had to knock and ASK for their attention. We were FINALLY helped and after 10 minutes, we were ready to look for a different puppy. Our helper told us he would take our puppy in one minute and proceeded to vanish for 10 before agreeing to help a different family before us. Afterwards, we found that he had left to go outside to smoke without assisting us. Gotta love great service!

Have been in three times looking for help in the fish department. Staff is extremely ignorant as to what they carry. The fish section is sickly and is no better than a Walmart fish wall. On final trip saw three staff members small talking in a corner rather than helping customers. Just go to Petco or Petsmart.

I purchased my goldendoodle from petland. He is now 10 months old and 80lbs. He is healthy, smart and handsome. He is the best looking golden I have seen and others agree. My vet says he is healthy and the office loves him. I know I paid a little more but your also buying the best looking dogs around in my opinion and mine is perfectly healthy, friendly, smart and everything a dog should be!
