        Overall

        The level of incompetence at this store is amazing. BEWARE: This is an authorized retailer, not a corporate store. The employees are untrained and you will be left footing the bill for their errors. I've spent hours on the phone and in store trying to resolve an issue to no avail. I was with AT&T for 20 years -- loyalty means nothing to this company.
