Our focus is giving the customer more than they expected, without any surprise upgrade costs at the end of the project. Unfortunately, with many builders, the base price that is given to the customer does not include adequate allowances for customer to select nicer products such as wood flooring, designer tile, metal roofs, granite counter tops, name-brand appliances, security systems, etc... Everything is considered an "extra."
Here at Chapman's we pride ourselves in the fact that "Quality is not an Upgrade." We start out with the best quality products and subcontractors. You will get "more bang for your buck" as the saying goes. "Their" upgrades are usually our standard.
