Very disappointed... Diamond Painting and Diego were highly recommended so I brought my 99 Silverado in for an estimate. $1700....
Its a lot of money but if its done right, that's fine with me. It took longer than the 5 days to get the job done and when I picked up the truck most things looked fine but upon closer inspection there were quite a few minor imperfections, most of which I corrected at home. There was an obvious 'overspray' on the roof above the steering wheel. I brought the truck back and pointed the problems to Diego, He agreed to correct the issues. My wife picked up the truck and I looked over the work that evening. There was paint all over the door handle, driver side mirror, and windshield trim, paint flecks on the wipers, There is a RED HAND PRINT ON MY TAILGATE....... Diego, DO YOU CHECK THE WORK OF YOUR TECHS ????? this is TWICE now.. If you care about your customers, contact me , correct the problems and I will chalk it up to a bad day and amend this review, if not, it means Diamond Auto Painting and Collision Center is 3rd rate and doesn't care about quality work.

I went to Diamonds Auto Painting and Collision Center to have my car repainted and a few dents repaired. Diego gave me a very fair estimate and he and his staff were lovely. I also went with his recommendation to use Samuel for detailing. My car looks amazing inside and out. Brand new! I highly recommend them.

I was recently referred to Diamond Auto Body. Service was horrible. I had my car painted, the chrome trim on parts of the car was painted over, inside was dusty and dirty, the lexus emblems was glued back on to vehicle instead of using 3m tape. When i spoke to the manager Diego about this, he said “ i should have told him to not paint the chrome trim and its my fault”. He also mentions that he is not going to use the 3m tape because thats not convenient for him. He was very rude and unprofessional. I was then told by another employee that if i was a white man he would of been trying to take care of the problem. I felt like i was discriminated against and treated unfairly. I have two other vehicles that needed paint and i will never go back there.

I recently wrecked my 2008 Honda Accord, The damage was substantial as I only carried liability insurance on my vehicle. I didn't know what to do. The estimates I received were off the charts. A friend referred me to Diamond Auto where I met with Diego, GM. He spent some time with me and came up with a number I could work with. When I went to pick up my car, I was amazed. The work was exceptional. The body work, the paint, etc., I couldn't believe it. PERFECT! I would highly recommend any one who needs paint or body work to stop by and say Hi to Diego. He is the best.

I took my 1983 Mercedes 380sl that I have had for over 30 years to my body shop. I have used the same body shop for over 10 years. They referred me to Diamond Auto Painting and Collision. There I met Diego. What a nice guy. I liked him immediately. He quoted me such a fair price that I knew he didn`t have room to negotiate. The car looks like brand new. The color is gleaming and the pinstripe is perfect. I`m getting the thumbs up every place I go.
I would never go anywhere else.

I love my 12-year-old burgundy Camry, but the paint was beginning to oxidize after sitting in the hot FL sun for so many years. The quotes were outrageous; then someone recommended Diamond to me. I couldn't believe the price to paint the entire car! Diego explained the difference in their paint to me, which is why he could give me such a good price. He also gave me a great price to remove a dent in the door. However, when I picked the car up, it was plum. The work was great, and the car looked fantastic, except for the color. After 3 weeks I brought the car back and paid $200 extra to get Toyota paint so I knew the color would match. They did a wonderful job and my car looks fantastic! I would definitely recommend them if you are getting the whole car painted. However, with their price being so low, it is definitely advantageous to pay extra for factory color. Diego was so cooperative and helpful. He will do anything to make sure the customer is happy!

Horrible horrible service!!! First of, they have an assigned parking for obtaining estimates, I parked there for more than 5 minutes, no one came to me so I still had to walk to the front desk as other employees had just passed me by not saying a thing. They have a glass window so attendant can see you perfectly from where seated, the front desk attendant/manager has a loose mouth. He doesn’t care about how he talks to customers!!!! Service provided…sub-standard, people that work there are crude AND RUDE….they try to take you for all of your money. I had them repair a bumper and replace the one on the car with it and when I came back for the replacement they tried to charge me extra for the installation. Mad men!!!! Attendant could not refrain himself from cursing at me as I was walking out demanding for them to fix my bumper accordingly. I ADVISE ANYONE TO NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU CAN SURVIVE MAYHEM!!!

My explorer looks marvelous, great bunch of guys. Everything went smooth, just as quoted. Would recommend them to everybody.

After almost two weeks of dropping off my car for a minor paint repair, I am still waiting. I have since paid more for rentals than the cost of the job. Have been there three times and every time it's something different. It's all been rushed. My next step is to report to the BBB. Don't take your car to Diamond simply because of their price. Pay the extra and you will be much happier. Or, if you want a botched job, Diamond's the place for you.

Excellent! My SUV looked better after they painted it than when I bought it. The customer service was very professional and friendly. They even gave me a ride to work. I would recommend them to everyone.

TERRIBLE AWFUL SERVICE AND SHOP IS VERRYYY UNPROFESSIONALDIRTY AND DUSTY! RUDE SERVICE PEOPLE AND BROKE MY REMOTE TO MY CAR, WHEN I PICKED IT UP IT WAS ALL BROKEN APART AND DIDNT WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT AND TOLD ME ITS MY PROBLEM! DIRTY WORKPLACE AND GOT A PAINT JOB WHICH WAS TERRIBLE THEY PAINTED OVER MY BACKUP CAMERA AS WELL AS MY LIGHTS ON MY CAR AND WERE RUDE ABOUT IT AND ARE VERY HARD TO DEAL WITH!!!! DONT GO HERE OR YOULL REGRET IT, STAY FARRRR AWAYYYY!!!! THE MANAGEMENT WILL FIGHT TO DO NOTHING FOR YOU IF THEY MESS UP AND THIS SHOWS!!!

Not so good. I had Diamond do their top tier paint job called a base coat clear coat. It looked like it had a bunch of bumps and dirt in the finish. The color was is silver metallic and it looks uneven a little spotty. The manager said that was normal for this type of color. I disagree as my car never had this issue before. I would not recommend Diamond.

I am so glad that I trusted them with my car. It turned out beautiful and at a price that was lower than anyone else that I got an estimate from. I will recommend Diamond to all of my friends.

Fantastic!! The car came back better than I ever expected. The manager was great, the price was great and would love to recommend this place to anyone!!

They repaired my car in less time than expected and it looked great. The manager was very courteous and fair with his price. I would recommend them to anybody.
