Don't care about losing business

I'll start off by saying that I don't usually take the time to write reviews - that's how bad this place is.

Although I'd heard negative things about this practice before, I decided to try it because it was close to home and work and was covered by my insurance.

Even during my initial call to schedule an appointment, the staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating. I got the vibe that they were busy enough that they couldn't care less whether they got my business.

The day of the appointment - which I waited months to get in for - I was on time but wasn't fifteen minutes EARLY (which they had never indicated when I originally scheduled the appointment), so they said there was nothing they could do, that I would have to reschedule.

Talk about bad first impressions - I would never come back here and would not recommend to anyone. Although all dermatologists have rather long waits, it's best to take your business elsewhere.

Overall
Unfriendly

This group lwas listed in my insurance and sounded like a nice place to go. But the staff was very short over the phone and kinda rude. I thought that maybe someone was just having a bad day so I still gave it a chance. When I went to check in two weeks later they were the same. No eye contact, no smiles. They didn't call to remind me about my appointment. When I saw one of the doctors there she wasn't very friendly. It was like everyone was just doing thier jobs to get them done. The doctor was not willing to take off any extra moles that were bothering me. I usually don't complain about anything. But I think that it is important for doctors and thier staff to treat you like not just business.
