        We just bought a house in Wilsonville, Oregon. Our closing date was yesterday, May 16th. This successful real estate transaction was possible thanks to the dedication, persistence, and professionalism of our Real Estate Broker Janet Fisher-Welsh. Janet was working with us since day one when we met her in her office. She figured out exactly our wishes to find our dream house. She was always next to us giving precise and wise advisement in all aspects of this important life investment. She identified a house in Wilsonville that matched our information and aspirations. When we decided to make an offer on this house, she started negotiating with the sellers agent in a very efficient way that resulted in an excellent counter-offer that we immediately accepted. The process was handled with such efficiency by Janet that it seemed she was our co-buyer instead of our agent, due to her extreme interest. She continually went above and beyond throughout the entire process.
