Women's Excellence

This comment is not about the doctors but instead about the staff. In Lake Orion they have an appointment setter who is very rude. A young girl almost teenager. She is rude, acts like you are disturbing her, never gives her name when she answers the phone( everyone else does), no TACT whatsoever. One of the nurses or aides there with short blonde hair is very rude. When questioned about a mistake she made. She became very rude. When I returned the following week, come to find out she was wrong and I was right, yet she treated me like crap for even asking a question.
