Appointment was at 12:10 and I was seen by 12:25. Eye Dr. Was very kind and knowledgeable. Secretaries were polite.

I found your Manager/Receptionist very unprofessional, uninformed, disorganized, and not very "Customer Friendly". Information given to us by her was completely in correct. She seems to lack all of the above that are so very important to the Service industry, and customer relations. My husband and I are still dumbfounded as to how/why she holds the position she has. Everyone else was very friendly, accommodating, informative and concerned about our needs. If I were the deciding factor as far as a managerial position in this location-she would not be a strong candidate.
