From the moment I was greeted at the practice and geniunely cared for by the office staff, (not to mention there are cookies and coffee too) I could tell this was the type of establishment I wanted to have my procedure done at. The staff and Dr Gross were so kind and attentive to both me and my fiancé. Dr Gross talked to both of us about what I was experiencing and what would be necessary to resolve my issues. He was patient in his explanations and stayed with us until we were both satisfied and understood. The office staff then came up with a very reasonable financial game plan and worked with me to reach my goals. I felt supported throughout the entire planning process from the two consultations leading up to surgery day. The office staff continually assisted me in getting the medical leave requests I needed to my employer and saw to it everything was handled in a timely fashion. I can't say enough about how beautiful the office and their facilities are and the organization they run daily. I was referred by a friend who also had work done by Dr Gross and she raved about how amazing it was and how sad she was she doesn't have to keep going back for post op check ups. I am so glad I took her word and investigated further. As I write this I am enroute to have my sinus and rhinoplasty surgery to improve my breathing quality and reconstruct my nose from prior injuries. I am a little nervous but I know I am excellent caring and experienced hands.

Dr. Gross and his staff were kind, helpful, and professional. I felt assured and confident that they had answered my questions and thought of everything, and my confidence was well placed. My results were great and life-changing. Nurse Sara is so gentle and sweet and everyone else was caring, too. I got facials and massages to help my recovery. I heartily recommend Dr. Gross and his team of professionals.

My experience at Primera was nothing short of fantastic. I had filler in my lips with Gary, the PA. He was great! Very kind, thorough, gentle, and informative through the whole process. I couldn't be more pleased with my treatment because my lips look amazing! I now have the perfect pucker.
