Yoga Flow (Level 1 - 2)
This creative flow class will heat up the body and get the heart rate up, as well as rejuvenate the mind and body. The class is a balance of improving a beginners practice and deepening an experienced students practice
Candlelight Flow (Level 1 - 2)
Bring mind, body and spirit together in this Hatha Basics class. Immerse yourself in quiet contemplation centered around mindful awareness and light. Allow the candlelight to bring your focus inward as you relax and restore the all aspects of yourself. All Levels
Yoga & Meditation for Stress Relief (Level 0)
This is a yoga practice that is meant to relieve the mind of stress and reduce anxiety levels through a very relaxed, gentle practice and yogic meditation. The benefits of this practice include reduced blood pressure and physical ailments that result from elevated levels of stress. The first half hour of this class is a gentle practice meant to relax the muscles before we move into the second part of our practice that is a guided meditation done laying down on your mat. If you are suffering from a traumatic event or injury, this class is perfect for your mind and body
Basic Alignment Flow (Level 1 - 2)
This class will break down the poses in an easy to understand format that will teach you the names of poses, proper alignment, transitions, breath work, and safe physical methods and body awareness. This will be taught at a very accessible, personal level for everyone
Yoga for Beginners (Level 1)
If you are new to yoga or would like a break-down of the basics, join us for this light-hearted and fun Yoga for Beginners practice. The class is taught in an open style with lots of space for answering questions and students having fun working together. This Beginner Yoga class is a great introduction for anyone who has been interested in yoga but never taken the plunge. The class will introduce yoga poses, alignment, breathing and relaxation techniques
EZY Barre Fusion
This class uses the ballet barre, yogic asana and pilates to perform muscular isolations that tone, build strength and increase flexibility
Hatha Flow for all Levels (Level 1 - 2)
The perfect class for all levels - those with limitations, or for anyone wanting to go deeper into their practice. This class will flow through poses while integrating pranayama (breathwork) & meditation
Mat Pilates
Core control! Mat Pilates trains the abdominals and back muscles to give you a stronger, tighter, more centered core. Excellent for alignment. You will also tone arms, legs, and glutes. Designed to build strength and tone without building bulk. Having a strong center will allow any activity you do outside of Pilates to be controlled, balanced, and less prone to injury. This class is for all levels. The practice typically performed barefoot on a mat. It is a great compliment to yoga!
Yin Yoga (Level 0)
Relax away the tension and find peace within yourself! Yin yoga focuses the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised. Most poses are done seated and they are held for longer. All levels
Gentle Flow (Level 0 - 1)
A restorative yoga class focused on poses and breathwork that will calm the body and mind. Each pose is embraced with awareness and gentle movements to slow down the nervous system and regenerate and refresh the spirit on a deeper level. This class is perfect for beginners and all levels

Slow Burn Yoga (Level 1-2)
This class helps practioners work on the structure of their poses. Going into and out of the different poses in a slow process where breath is key. Poses are held for longer to help build focus, strength and determination. Muscles are worked through repetitions and slow, continuous movements. Beginners Welcome
